Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. If your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it here you may still cancel the order however the cost of returning the items are at your expense.

Anti Fraud Measures - Protecting our customers
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

DELIVERY
If no one is at home when our couriers attempt delivery they will attempt delivery to a neighbour in the local vicinity and leave your parcel with them.  If you do not want your parcel left with a neighbour, please note that at the time of ordering. Alternatively please use the re-arrange service via your e-mail or mobile. If these options are not possible the courier will leave a calling card and usually attempt re-delivery the following working day. After this you will be required to collect the goods from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the \'sorry we missed you\' card that will be left by your driver.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender (Parentsupermarket.com) we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost.

Please note our courier returns charges are �29.25 up to 10 kilos and 48p per kilo thereafter, Direct delivery charges may vary.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Parentsupermarket.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. 

Hassle-Free Returns
You may of course return any items purchased from Parentsupermarket.com within 7 days to do this you must contact our customer services team on 0845 0517575 to request returns information.  Orders returned without returns information will not be refunded.  Returns costs are at your expense.

We strongly recommend original packaging is kept, as any collections for warranty/maintenance work will be required to be packaged in a box.

Product Guarantee
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge.  In return, please note the following terms and conditions.

• The guarantee is available for all products purchased from Parentsupermarket.com
• The guarantee is available to the original purchaser only when accompanied with the original receipt
• This guarantee is non transferable
• The guarantee applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses � i.e. time or other products
• The guarantee applies to material and manufacturing defects only under normal domestic use in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
• The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturers control, including failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use such as a single buggy being used for two children or the use of any make of toddler board, accidental wilful and or misuse of the product, inappropriate storage methods and or inappropriate cleaning, modification, alteration, transformation of the product.
• The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, pneumatic tyres, signs of fabric wear.
• The guarantee does not cover pushchair accessories including bottle bags, cosy toes, foot muffs, pushchair liners, changing bags, rain covers, canopies, mosquito nets, parasols, head huggers, and neck supports.
• Moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis and a lubricant such as silicone spray should be applied to keep necessary parts running smoothly.
• Fabric accessories may fade at different rates especially when not being used together
• if the product is found to be defective within the definition detailed above, Parentsupermarket.com shall, at its discretion, repair the product, or at our discretion, provide new goods to repair the fault or replace the product with the same or similar model to the same specification, this shall be the sole obligation of Parentsupermarket.com.
• Any repair work undertaken will be approved by Parentsupermarket.com.
• If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, Parentsupermarket.com reserves the right to charge the customer a �29.25 fee to cover the engineers time and couriers costs or replacement parts supplied.

Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes

• We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
• A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour. If you have a specific requirement or are unsure as to the exact colour please e-mail us for assistance before purchasing.
• Wood is a natural product and therefore will carry minor imperfections and characteristics such as grain and colour variation and knots these characteristics are not classed as a manufacturing fault.  Manufacturers normally different grades of wood for items such as cots or cot beds and therefore the finish can appear differently.
  Words such as �antique pine � may not mean that the wood is �antique� wood, therefore if you have a specific requirement please e-mail us before purchasing
• Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.
• Most car seats fit most cars however some manufacturers also provide suitability checks on their own websites. Where possible, please use the appropriate website to check car seat compatibility with your car as we are unable to guarantee the compatibility of any car seat in any vehicle.

The process is simple, all you need to do is:

1. Supply us with a link to the web site page listing the lower priced item.

2. Check it’s in stock. Please note it must be available for immediate dispatch to qualify for the price match.

3. Check it's available for delivery and offered on the same delivery terms offered by Parentsupermarket.com.

4. Check the price includes any delivery charges, see below for help on delivery charges.

5. Check the items are brand new.

6. Check that the product is like for like. The product must be an exact match in terms of
    model, colour etc.

7. The store must be a recognised store and not a private seller.

Parentsupermarket.com will be happy to price match any lower priced product providing it meets the above criteria and is a current stock item.

We reserve the right to price match for personal use only and not for resale purposes. We also reserve the right to where necessary, limit the price match offer to one per customer. For price match purposes the competitor must be a known and approved stockist of the product.

All you need to do is check that you price match meets with the above criteria and, if it does please email all the details to our Customer Services Team at greatshopping@parentsupermarket.com and they will sort it out for you.

Please note that the money you will receive back is depended on the difference between the two prices.

PRICE MATCH EXAMPLE 1: How we calculate your price match.

Parentsupermarket.com's price is £10.00 plus £4.95 delivery charge therefore you would pay a total of £14.95 to get the item delivered to you

The web site you have found is selling the same product at £5.00 therefore £5.00 cheaper than Parentsupermarket.com, however they charge £15.00 for delivery, therefore the total delivered price you would pay is £20.00. In this example Parentsupermarket.com are £5.05 cheaper to purchase the same item and have it delivered. In this case and similar cases where there is no overall saving the price match would be declined

PRICE MATCH EXAMPLE 2: How we calculate your price match.

Parentsupermarket.com's price is £100.00, as the order qualifies for free delivery (all orders over £100.00 are delivered free) therefore you pay a total of £100.00 to get the item delivered to you.

• The web site you have found is selling the product at £95.00 therefore £5.00 cheaper than Parentsupermarket.com and they also offer free delivery, therefore the total delivered price you would pay is £95.00,in this example Parentsupermarket.comare £5.00 more expensive and therefore you qualify for a price match of £5.00 (being the difference between the 2 prices) plus 5% of the difference which in this case is £0.25, therefore the actual price you would pay at Parentsupermarket.com would be £94.75 including delivery.

PRICE MATCH EXAMPLE 3: How we calculate you price match against multiple web sites.

Parentsupermarket.com's price for example, the 1st product on your list is £10.00 the 2nd item you wish you buy is £40.00 and the 3rd product is £50.00 therefore the total for all 3 items purchased from Parentsupermarket.com is £ 100.00 delivered to you.

You find the same 3 products available cheaper from 3 different web sites, the first site offers the 1st product at £8.00, however there is a £5.00 delivery charge, the second web site offers the 2nd product at £35.00, however there is a delivery charge of £3.00 and the third web site offers the 3rd product at £48.00 with free delivery. To calculate purchases from multiple web sites we will include all relevant delivery charges applicable to each site therefore in this case the total cost to buy all 3 products from 3 different suppliers would cost you a total of £99.00. In this case, the same 3 items from Parentsupermarket.com are £1.00 more expensive, in this case you would qualify for the price match of £1.00 being the difference + 5p being 5% of the difference therefore the total price that you would pay for all 3 items to be delivered to you by Parentsupermarket.com would be £98.95.
