The black and purple Obaby Zoom Tandem Chassis with 2 seat units is great for taking your little ones out and about.  

The Zoom is a versatile pushchair, designed to help you transport your growing family in comfort.  It features a lightweight aluminium chassis  and has adjustable handles to make it easier or you to push the stroller whilst taking your children out shopping or out for a walk in the park.  

The Obaby Zoom Tandem can take 2 carrycots or car seats (sold separately) providing you with the option to move your baby to and from the car without disturbing them.

The seats face both front and rearward depending upon how you wish to push your children.  This great tandem pushchair comes complete with a detachable hood with viewing window, so you can keep an eye on your little ones as you are pushing them.  When it rains, you can keep them dry by taking out and attaching the compact rain cover.  With front suspension and front lockable swivel wheels, your children will be provided with a smooth and comfortable ride.

The Obaby Tandem includes a basket for shopping, and comes with a compact fold mechanism allowing you to fold the chair away for easy transport in your car.

Maximum weight of each child 15kg.  Age range 6 months+.

How much do you charge for delivery?
  • Delivery is FREE if you spend over £100
  • £4.95 for orders under £100
  • £15 if your delivery is to the Scottish Highlands or Ireland
 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, shipping to Europe will be charged according to the shipping zone. The following shipping zones and charges apply per parcel:

Zone 1 countries are:
Belgium, France (Inc Monaco), Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

Zone 2 countries are:
Austria, Denmark, Switzerland.

Zone 3 countries are:
Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain.

Zone 4 countries are:
Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden.

Zone 5 countries are:
Bulgaria, Greece (inc Islands), Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.

We will do our upmost to ensure that we obtain the best possible price for you from the carrier.

We do not currently ship to countries other than Europe.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
In all instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred. Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.
 
Can I track my order?
Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Please reply to this email requesting your tracking number and our staff will be happy to help! Will you deliver to an alternative address? Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout. Can you tell me what time of day? Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery. Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods in our advised time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay.
 
Refund policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. There will be 10% return fee, which covers restocking. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Cancellations
To cancel a confirmed order we must receive it in writing and this must be agreed and confirmed by email from a member of staff here.
 
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. *None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation are covered under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.
 
Damaged Goods
If goods arrived damage you must inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
