to push (compared to a Mountain Buggy that has them side by side - I haven't compared it with any other tandem prams). The comfort sets seem to make my kids very sweaty. Although you can have them facing any which way, if you want them both to lie back then you're much more limited on which way they can face. Overall: I'm happy with it and would recommend it as a tandem pram.

Try before you buy

Find a pushchair that suits your size and shape is most important, once you have found a couple of suitable stroller or pushchair, you should always visit a shop and give them a test drive.

Think about a Budget and price you want to pay or can afford. Although you might want the best for your baby this does not always mean the most expensive or whats the most fashionable. well built safe and comfortable and lifestyle are most important.

Check what’s included

When buying a pushchair be sure to check what’s included in the price, so you can make a meaningful price comparison. For example, check whether you will have to pay more for extras such as raincovers, footmuffs, accessories bags and bumper bars. With travel systems, the price rarely includes the child car seat.

Think about storage

If storage space is an issue, either in your home or in your car boot, make sure you choose a compact pushchair that won’t take up too much space. Pushchairs that stand upright independently when folded, or are easy to lock folded, are easier to store.

If you mostly walk

You should look for a pushchair that’s easy to push on variety of surfaces and can negotiate curbs and stairs with ease. Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

In all instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred. Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Please reply to this email requesting your tracking number and our staff will be happy to help! Will you deliver to an alternative address? Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout. Can you tell me what time of day? Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery. Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. There will be 10% return fee, which covers restocking. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Cancellations

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. *None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation are covered under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

Damaged Goods

I bought this pushchair for my new born twins. I love it! The car seats clip on easily. The carry cots have got loads of room and the matress is really thick. My twins arn't old enough fot the seat units yet, but my eldest enjoyed sitting in them before the twins arrived! I can't wait to use them tho, with all the different positions you can put them in! It folds easily and fits in my mondeo fine. It is really easy to push with one hand and carrying my eldest! It was delivered fine.The customer service it brilliant, I realised one of the wheels was wobbling so I phoned parents supermarket and they sorted it out for me, they phoned obaby for me and they sent me a new wheel out.The only problem i have found is that you can't fit the carry cots on both parent facing, but i'm not using the carry cots much so it hasn't put me off! Very pleased with the pushchair and parents supermarket! Would recommend to a friend!
