From start to finish this has been an outstanding experience,. The pushchair was ordered on a Friday morning, I was assured that as there was no delivery at the weekend it would be delivered on the following Monday. I had confirmation of the order by email, ...

confirmation of delivery, then on the Monday morning I had an email detailing a time slot, of one hour precisely when the pushchair would be delivered along with the driver name. It can in the allotted time, it was all there, it was easy to assemble, my daughter was straight into it with dolly and spent the entire afternoon enjoying it, now it just needs baby no. 2 to come on time and we can test it out properly. Thank you Parent Supermarket for outstanding customer service & satisfaction. Thank you also for an excellent product. Highly recommended.

sure if that was me doing something wrong? Seats are padded and kids look very comfortable in them. The 2nd seat doesn't line up perfectly when putting it on, so it's a bit of fiddling about to get it on and off, but nothing too difficult! Nice big raincover with velcro not zips so easy to use! Fits in the back of my 7 seater car even with the rear seats up! Also think you're meant to pump up tyres before you use it as mine were a bit flat! Love the fact that there is a free pump in a special section in the buggy so you are never caught out! Overall very good buy for the money, nice to steer but a bit heavy!

Try before you buy

Find a pushchair that suits your size and shape is most important, once you have found a couple of suitable stroller or pushchair, you should always visit a shop and give them a test drive.

Think about a Budget and price you want to pay or can afford. Although you might want the best for your baby this does not always mean the most expensive or whats the most fashionable. well built safe and comfortable and lifestyle are most important.

Check what’s included

When buying a pushchair be sure to check what’s included in the price, so you can make a meaningful price comparison. For example, check whether you will have to pay more for extras such as raincovers, footmuffs, accessories bags and bumper bars. With travel systems, the price rarely includes the child car seat.

Think about storage

If storage space is an issue, either in your home or in your car boot, make sure you choose a compact pushchair that won’t take up too much space. Pushchairs that stand upright independently when folded, or are easy to lock folded, are easier to store.

If you mostly walk

You should look for a pushchair that’s easy to push on variety of surfaces and can negotiate curbs and stairs with ease. Good suspension and large wheels will result in a smoother ride, but if you’ll be walking on rough ground you might want to consider an all-terrain pushchair. Protection from wind, rain and sun is also important and if you have to negotiate stairs or lift the pushchair frequently, you should choose a lightweight one.

If you mostly take public transport

Yes, shipping to Europe will be charged according to the shipping zone. The following shipping zones and charges apply per parcel:

Belgium, France (Inc Monaco), Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

In all instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred. Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Please reply to this email requesting your tracking number and our staff will be happy to help! Will you deliver to an alternative address? Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout. Can you tell me what time of day? Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery. Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. There will be 10% return fee, which covers restocking. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Cancellations

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. *None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation are covered under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

Damaged Goods

If goods arrived damage you must inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.

excellent double decker buggy easy to use once built big wheels alow travel over most surfaces that little wheel would not go vesatile can changed as your family grows from laying down baby to sitting up then into single buggy when your older one is fully walking.
