This unique 3 in 1 multi feature tricycle from 10 months provides a safe way of traveling from the early baby age; it grows with the child to the age of 3 years plus. Parents steer the product with the unique, telescopic, adjustable handle. The built-in clutch gives the option of ride control to either the parent or the child. Fitted with a safety harness, and for 15 months onwards with a seat belt, the product provides a safe and comfortable way for getting your child around. The functional, washable seat cover coordinated with the fashionable printed material canopy gives a fun, trendy look to the product.!

There are lots of great safety features built into this lovely full metal construction outdoor toy including 3-point Y harness with shoulder pads, seat belt and safety bar. The canopy overhead will shelter the child and can also be detached.

Trike also features a telescopic, steerable, adjustable, removable parent handle which steers the front wheel for you to keep control of the child while they are on the move. The handle can be removed when you feel your child no longer needs it, growing with the child. As child gets older and more confident you can remove the high-backed seat and the overhead canopy too.

Trike features footrests which can be folded up when not required. These are ideal for your youngster to place their feet on while you are pushing them along, otherwise simply fold them away for your child to take control of the non slip pedals. Press out clutch for free-wheeling or pedal power, the choice is endless.

Comfort is provided throughout the trike, with a padded soft seat cover, a quality storage bag fully coordinated with the canopy and bottle holder and toy telephone for amusement. Accessories easily removable to adjust to the needs and requirements of the child creating maximum utilization and durability.

The trike even includes a handy bucket on the back-great for a drink or a teddy to join the child on their journeys around the garden or park. Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

In all instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred. Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Please reply to this email requesting your tracking number and our staff will be happy to help! Will you deliver to an alternative address? Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout. Can you tell me what time of day? Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery. Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods in our advised time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay.

Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. There will be 10% return fee, which covers restocking. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

To cancel a confirmed order we must receive it in writing and this must be agreed and confirmed by email from a member of staff here.

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. *None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Your rights of cancellation are covered under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

Damaged Goods

If goods arrived damage you must inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
