the room where it is going to live so we spent about an hour and a half on Christmas Day putting it together. The instructions are pretty good and it went together quite easily, but they could be clearer especially the first few steps. Please note you probably need two people for some parts of the assembly (one holding things together while the other one screws elements together). The house is very sturdy now it's assembled and the furniture is great. We have added a few blankets and rugs for the dolls but you really have everything you need here. The castors make it easy for an adult to move around but, on carpet, it can be hard for a child to move. We have plenty of room for it but I'd suggest you should check the dimensions before purchase as it is very big (to accommodate the 12" fashion dolls such as Barbie) and won't fit through a doorway, so can't be moved from room to room. The open layout is great when little brother wants to join in with playtime too, as they can play on different sides of the house if they are not in cooperative mood. I think this will see many years happy service! Overall, although expensive, I think this is good value and I would recommend it to other parents. Pros: Good quality, fantastic play value, all furniture included, perfect size for Barbie-size/princess dolls, suitable for multiple children to play together. Cons: Size

order and actually arrived from Holland to Surrey in the UK in under 3 days. I got regular emails telling me how the order was progressing through the system up to the point where it was despatched. Once despatch and in the hands of DHL, I tracked it via their tracking reference number on the internet as it left holland, arrived in the UK, went from entry depot to my local depot and finally when it had left there for delivery to me. The item is wonderful. Don't buy it unless you have lots of space to put it in. The instructions for assembly are ok, although they should be clearer for the first few steps as its here that you can make some very basic mistakes which will mean you have to disassemble later on to complete the build. The only real concern though is that there were an unacceptable number of scratches, scuffs and bashes on the item which we are taking up with Parentsupetmarket, although we do appreciate this was totally out of their control. On the whole, great service, fantastic product. Will very happily be buying from here again and recommending the site to friends and colleagues.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

In all instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred. Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility. You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. Please reply to this email requesting your tracking number and our staff will be happy to help! Will you deliver to an alternative address? Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout. Can you tell me what time of day? Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery. Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. There will be 10% return fee, which covers restocking. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy.
