Parentsupermarket.com is an Internet retailer who has been trading on-line for over 4 years. Parentsupermarket company has over 7 years nursery experience and bring that wealth of experience to the e-commerce business. Parentsupermarket and its parent company have developed strong relationships with leading manufacturers that enables Parentsupermarket to offer great products at fantastic prices.
We are also stockists of Britax, Jane, Kiddyboard, Maxi Cosy, Quinny, Cosatto, XTS, Hauck, and Baby Style. We also have our own repair workshop.
Parentsupermarket provides excellent service and value for money and is a secure e-commerce site that offers convenience and hassle free shopping for its customers. From the moment a customer confirms their purchase a Babys-Mart employee is aware of that order and begins to allocate the stock and process the order. Parentsupermarket promises to process and ship your order the same day if the order is received before 2pm and is in stock.
How safe are my transactions?
Parentsupermarket.com takes the security of your details very seriously. We use industry standard encryption methods, and a Protx payement solution (Subsidary of Sage). Encryption turns your information into a special code that only Parentsupermarket.com computers can read.
What information do you collect about me and why?
We collect and hold all delivery information, which includes order history and current orders. To increase security, and peace of mind for you, WE DO NOT RETAIN PAYMENT DETAILS (credit card/bank card details). These are handled by Protx (Subsidary of Sage) and Lloyds TSB only.
Parentsupermarket.com, the Beginning...
Starting out with humble roots and just two members of staff at our back street office, Bromley based Parent Supermarket have expanded beyond all recognition to become not only one of the leading providers of pushchairs, prams and car seats but a firm set to rival the likes of ‘Mothercare’ and ‘Toys R Us’ for our share in the market.
With family at the heart of our ethos, we employ a loyal team of staff who all live in the local area, making sure that they spend less time commuting to and from work and more time doing the things that matter.
Martin Roberts from Parent Supermarket who also specialise in baby toys and baby safety items, said, “We set up our business in Bromley partly down to the wealth of resources here and because there is a steady stream of highly educated people for us to employ. It would be great to see more firms set up shop in the area as we have done. For us, finding the right area to begin trading was certainly a contributing factor to our success.”
Set up by partners Chris Gasken and Martin Roberts in December 2007, parentsupermarket.com purchased a 1000 square foot office space and worked our way up from there.
Today Parent Supermarket are a national brand with extremely high hopes for the future. Overtaken by orders and deliveries on a daily basis it is not uncommon to see members of staff completely swamped by the sheer amount of boxes arriving or to be amazed by the large articulated lorry’s struggling to reverse down the small street where our office is based!
Mr Queva, from the firm who seek out products to make parenting even easier, added, “The future is extremely bright for Parent Supermarket and we hope to not only expand our current nursery range in the not to distant future but to forge new and fruitful business relationships with many high street retailers. We have extremely high aspirations of rivalling the industries big brands including Mothercare and Toys R us with our cutting edge and innovative products.”
